ADA-Compliant Playgrounds – All vinyl ASTM-Compliant Playgrounds from Swing Kingdom come with a 20-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on the structural components of the playground systems, such as the vinyl PVC and structural wood. In addition, all Swing Kingdom playground accessories such as canopies, slides, and swings are covered with a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Speciality Theme Playgrounds- All Specialty Theme Playgrounds are covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty

Wood Playgrounds – All Wood Playgrounds are covered under a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

All manufacturer’s limited warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the playground. They do not cover normal wear and tear, failure to properly maintain product, or damage resulting from misuse or abuse of the products. Acts of nature, such as lightning, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, or extreme weather conditions, are also not covered. Furthermore, any alteration, addition, or relocation of the product will void this warranty.
